Today I woke up thinking I need my own thing for blogging. I was going to use Hugo, which is great, but I wanted my own thing. I’ve always wanted full control of my blog platform or tools.

So, Hello Siru, well thats the name for now. I vibe coded my way through making a Ruby static site generator and this is the result. Still a work in progress, but it’s been fun. You can visit the Siru repo here.
